Job summary

Athletes Global Corporation seeks an energetic Cheer & Hip Hop Instructor to lead an after-school enrichment program for elementary students in Mansfield, TX. • Experience teaching or performing cheer, hip hop, or dance (youth experience preferred).
• Ability to work with elementary-aged children.
• High energy, patience, and strong classroom management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be able to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop dance lessons for K–6 students
• Teach basic choreography, rhythm, coordination, and movement skills
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behavior appropriately
• Prepare simple routines that may be showcased at the end of the program
• Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
• Ensure student safety at all times
