Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Irving, TX is hiring a Checker to join our Store Operations Team. You will support customers, process sales, and handle register transactions while safeguarding assets in a busy grocery setting.

Ideal candidates read/write Spanish/English, communicate well with customers and coworkers, and can lift up to 60 pounds. A Retail Management Certificate is a plus and we offer growth opportunities within Fiesta Mart as part of the Chedraui USA group.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the public and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
