Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Able to use or learn the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Complete the company introductory period (probationary) of 30 or 60 days.
• Ability to perform all job functions safely.
• Meet performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Agree to wear the proper clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• Have technical training as a job-specific requirement.

Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Block aisles, set-up checkout areas, and set-up displays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, take money, and make change.
• Bag items and put bags into carts when necessary.
