Job summary

The GIANT Company in Berwick, PA is seeking team members for front-end store positions. You will scan/register items, handle cash, bag orders, and assist with restocking and front-end duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include customer service, setting up checkout areas and displays, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role requires lifting, standing, and reliable attendance within store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for this job
• Must complete the company introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have technical training

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of shift and prepare required PPE and supplies
• Block aisles and set up checkout areas and displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Tally items, handle cash, and make change
• Bag items and transport bags to carts as needed
