Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to ensure a smooth checkout experience and friendly service. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, and help keep the front-end area clean and organized throughout the shift.

You’ll rotate between tasks like scanning items, bagging groceries, restocking, and answering questions while staying engaged in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ per local/state rules)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Prior customer service experience welcome but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments)
• Assist customers with questions and bag groceries
• Maintain checkout area neat, organized and stocked
• Restock supplies and manage cart/bagging duties
• Follow store policies and register procedures
• Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment
