Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ per state) to work, per local requirements.
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and clear communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scan items, process payments (cash, card, digital), and bag groceries.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues at checkout.
• Maintain checkout area, restock, collect carts, and keep front-end tidy.
• Balance registers and follow store procedures during shift.
