Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a team-oriented cashier to ring up purchases and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role involves scanning items, handling cash and card transactions, giving accurate change, and closing the register at shift end. You’ll also replenish inventory, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a clean checkout area while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash, credit, and checks is preferred.
• Customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to operate a POS register accurately.
• Flexibility to assist with large purchases as needed.
• Attention to store cleanliness and inventory organization.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer purchases and process payments.
• Provide correct change and issue receipts.
• Close out register at end of shift.
• Assist customers with large purchases and carryouts.
• Replenish stock and merchandise checkout area.
• Maintain store cleanliness in checkout area and backrooms.
• Answer phone and assist customers as needed.
• Support inventory management and pricing responsibilities.
• Identify and respond to potential shoplifting per policy.
• Support Kinney standard of presentation and replacement orders.
• Prepare items for home/business delivery.
