Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a retail associate to ring up purchases and ensure customer satisfaction. You will operate the POS register, handle cash, checks, and card transactions, and provide correct change.

You will also assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean checkout area, restrooms, break rooms, and backrooms, while supporting general store operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to make accurate change.
• Ability to operate a POS register and basic retail technology.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to stand for most of shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan and ring out all customer purchases using POS register including cash, check and charge transactions.
• Accurately provide change to customers.
• Assist in inventory management, price marking and merchandising of the checkout area.
• Replenish inventory from in-store stock and incoming orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, break rooms, backrooms, and entry ways.
