Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior collaborator to own the strategy, deployment, and lifecycle management of checkout hardware across the enterprise, ensuring a reliable and scalable checkout experience. You will define hardware rollout requirements, execute deployment plans across stores, and drive Day 2 support improvements with vendors and standard service levels.

You will partner with the Checkout Software team to ensure a unified strategy across the checkout technology footprint in stores,

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of work experience minimum; additional years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of Analysts and other associates.
• Perform data gathering, synthesis, and develop solutions and strategy planning.
• Produce documents for teams and leadership; deliver presentations to teams and executives.
• Build skills and knowledge within the team and across customer knowledge.
• Deliver presentations to executives and sponsors.
