Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to provide a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will handle transactions, assist shoppers, and keep the front end clean and organized throughout your shift.

You’ll rotate between scanning items, bagging groceries, restocking, and answering questions in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Friendly, clear communication during checkout and customer assistance
• Processing purchases accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Accuracy in scanning, pricing, produce codes, and order completion
• Handling cash transactions, counting change, and balancing registers
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining steady workflow
• Assisting with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Recognizing and addressing pricing, transaction, or customer service questions
• Following company policies, register procedures, and checkout processes
• Adaptability to changing tasks and customer flow during shifts

Responsibilities
