Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to support a smooth checkout experience. You will handle transactions, assist customers, bag groceries, and keep the front end organized for a fast-paced flow.

Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately at checkout
• Assist customers with questions and provide friendly service
• Bag groceries and maintain the checkout area
• Restock supplies and help with cart retrieval
• Follow store checkout procedures and policies
