The Winn-Dixie Company is seeking a Front End Associate in Seffner, FL to deliver fast, courteous checkout and support to customers. You will manage registers, handle multiple tender types, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, assisting with training, ensuring safety standards, and resolving issues promptly while striving to minimize loss and maintain efficiency in a high-volume store.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Diploma preferred.
• English language required; Spanish preferred.
• 0–3 yrs supervisory experience minimum.
• Customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and create welcoming, loyal environment.
• Operate POS and handle cash, checks, cards, SNAP/EBT, WIC, coupons.
• Coordinate daily store cash and accounting functions.
• Assist in training new cashiers and maintaining front-end standards.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
