Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a warehouse inventory associate responsible for verifying inbound and outbound inventory and ensuring load accuracy at check-in and check-out.

You will count items, maintain records, and log data with handheld devices; full-time on-site hours Monday–Friday starting at 12 PM. Prior warehouse experience preferred; high school diploma required; benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/auditing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing vehicles (including climbing onto trucks and manually opening bay doors).

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.09 to $21.95 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
