Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking a driver to transport finished goods between production and warehouse facilities. The shift runs 5AM–5PM on Saturdays and Tue–Fri (Mon and Sun off).

• Interstate designation required on CDL.
• Experience operating industrial power trucks (forklift, pallet jack).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks; connect/disconnect trailers.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections; verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from production facility to warehousing facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities.
• Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at destination.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required.
• Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Ability to operate a 2/4-wheel dolly.
• Ability to operate all type of industrial power trucks.
• Familiar with DOT regulations.
• Valid Class A and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Interstate designation required on CDL1 plusyears of commercial driving experience preferred.
