Fiesta Mart, part of the Chedraui USA group, is seeking a Checker at Store 077 in Dallas Webb Chapel. The role supports daily store operations and assists customers with efficient and accurate checkouts.

We value bilingual Spanish/English abilities, reliable teamwork, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 60 pounds. Immediate start available in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English and interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.

The Opportunity

Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor, the Checker is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. Must be able to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of times.

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
