Chatterboxes is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school in Virginia from December 2026 through June 2027, with a mix of in-person and virtual service delivery.

You will provide individualized and small-group therapy, collaborate with a clinical team, teachers, families, and the special education staff to ensure communication goals transfer into daily learning while staying connected to a supportive clinical community.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Virginia SLP license is required before services begin.
• School-based and teletherapy experience are helpful.

Speech-Language Pathologist: Full-Time Elementary School Virginia | December 2026–June 2027

We’re an SLP-owned practice seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to step into an established placement in Virginia , from December 2026 through June 2027.

You’ll support an existing elementary school caseload while staying connected to a clinical community built around collaboration, growth, and wellbeing.

Schedule: Full-time, following the district’s school calendar.

Caseload structure: The school’s speech-language services and evaluations are shared between this full-time position and another SLP providing 0.5 FTE support.

The current arrangement includes virtual services M-F.

Provide individualized and small-group speech-language therapy.

Collaborate with the other SLP to coordinate services and evaluations.
