Job summary

ConGlobal in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Chassis/Semi-Trailer Mechanic to join our maintenance team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair intermodal chassis to meet safety and operational standards.

Starting pay ranges from $26.50 for an apprentice to $30.00 for a journeyman, with full-time schedules 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in chassis/trailer repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework.
• Must pass pre-employment background verification and drug screening.
• Must have basic set of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain intermodal chassis and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues on chassis and trailer.
• Perform PMIs and DOT inspections.
• Complete repair documentation and work orders.
• Operate power tools and shop equipment safely.
