Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Expert (LL6) to lead global suspension system reliability and verification methods. You will drive reliability demonstrations, align targets across vehicle items, and connect physical test methods to design inputs and CAE verification.

Ideal candidates have extensive chassis experience, DFMEA/PFMEA expertise, and Six Sigma skills. This role may involve travel to support global chassis engineering centers and launches.

Qualifications

• BS-Engineering required.
• Experience in chassis systems and architecture development.
• Experience with durability validation methods.
• Extensive experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive suspension reliability demonstration and test methods.
• Ensure world-class quality from design to service.
• Lead alignment of reliability targets across item levels.
• Develop and execute vehicle, system, and lab tests.
