The Stepping Stones Group in Logan, UT is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time school-based position. You will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide OT services in individual and group settings to support fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills.

Work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in IEP meetings and document progress.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Utah Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Support fine motor development, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care, and functional life skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and therapeutic strategies to support student success.

Kenntnisse
