Job summary

Responsibilities

• Charter Dispatch & Scheduling: Schedule ground pick-up and delivery to and from charter aircraft, aligning with flight times.
• Driver Communication: Dispatch instructions to drivers and communicate parking locations, tail numbers, and airport access points.
• Flight Monitoring: Track charter flight progress and delays to adapt ground dispatch.
• Equipment & Container Management: Coordinate tracking and reuse of shipping containers to meet turnaround needs.
• Client Service: Serve as the direct contact for customer inquiries and resolve schedule changes professionally.
