Responsibilities

• Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations.
• Requires full proficiency in a range of assignments gained through training and considerable experience.
• Charter Dispatch & Scheduling: Schedule ground pick-up and delivery to and from charter aircraft, ensuring alignment with flight times.
• Driver Communication: Dispatch instructions to drivers, verify arrival windows, and communicate aircraft parking locations and access points.
• Flight Monitoring: Track charter flight progress, routes, delays, and schedule adjustments in real time.
