Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement and no air brake restrictions.
• Must have two or more years of CDL driving experience in the past 5 years.
• Motor Coach experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 25 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a skills road test in Motor Coach.
• Complete a pre-employment, computer-based assessment.
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Acceptable background check.
• Be able to lift 65 pounds or more on occasions.
• Clean driving record.
• Possess Exceptional Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor coaches for passenger transport with emphasis on safety.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, tidying, and drive duties.
• Represent Hotard Coaches professionally with customers and groups.
• Assist groups and maintain quality customer service throughout trips.
• Adhere to schedules and company policies across shifts.
