Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on long-distance and local routes, including charters and tours. You will represent the company with professionalism, ensure safety compliance, and deliver excellent passenger service.

The role requires a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overnight trips is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
