Job summary

Coach USA in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking CDL Charter Bus Drivers to transport passengers safely and professionally. You will manage routes, ensure comfort, and maintain buses with regular inspections, while delivering excellent customer service across a variety of trips.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements required.
• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and function test.
• Meet DOT physical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and comfort of passengers and adhere to regulations.
• Navigate routes including short and long-distance with professionalism.

Compensation: $23.00/hr – $245.00/Multi-Day Rate

• Journey Management: Navigate a variety of routes, both short and long-distance, with professionalism and punctuality.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all passengers.
• Vehicle Care: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of your vehicle.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers, dispatch, and management, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
