Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Chart Auditor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will conduct regular chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring clinical and operational processes, tracking missing documentation, and supporting quality assurance initiatives to maintain accreditation standards. Join our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Punctuality and careful attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to collaborate well.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
