Job summary

SummitRidge Hospital in Lawrenceville, GA, seeks an experienced Chart Analyst to join the Medical Records team. You will prepare patient charts for discharge, audit active charts, and update chart deficiencies to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include distributing delinquencies to physicians and handling release of information requests, supporting the hospital’s commitment to quality, privacy, and efficient chart management in a psychiatric setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.

SummitRidge Hospital - is a place for Healing and Hope! Our acute care psychiatric hospital is in Lawrenceville (about 25 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta). We provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs (includes a location in Athens).
