Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new members, maintain a pipeline, and manage communications.
• Oversee onboarding and confirm new members have joined and paid.
• Manage member experience functions and assess needs.
• Use the Center’s data platform to manage prospects and members.
• Develop strategies for growth and align activities with budget.
• Attend weekly team meetings and serve on the Programming Review Committee.
