Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial estimating or project management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ceiling products, installation, and field troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience interpreting RFPs, blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and execution from pre-construction to closeout.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and align bid proposals with profitability goals.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain strong relationships through consultative selling.
