Neighborhood Dining Group's Cheeky in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Server to deliver attentive, high-energy service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. You will greet guests, guide the menu, input orders into the POS, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in upscale dining, confident knowledge of dishes and drinks, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining (1+ year preferred).
• Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
