Job summary

Soccer 5 is seeking a Soccer Development Manager to launch and lead the Charleston academy from the ground up, building programming, curriculum, staffing, and growth. You’ll recruit and develop a coaching staff, learn a proven model from the South Florida team, and become the face of Soccer 5 in Charleston.

You’ll drive partnerships with schools, clubs, restaurants, and community partners, grow registrations and memberships, and create repeatable systems in a fast-moving, entrepreneurially

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching and/or soccer operations experience.
• Entrepreneurial builder able to create from zero and systemize.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Passion for soccer, community, and growth.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead Charleston academy from ground up.
• Grow coaching staff and manage operations daily.
• Build partnerships with schools, clubs, restaurants, and businesses.
• Drive registrations, memberships, and league participation.
• Represent Soccer 5 in the Charleston community.
