Compass Group's Morrison Healthcare seeks an accomplished culinary leader to drive quality, oversee catering and campus dining programs, and mentor a local culinary team. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
• Experience planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective
• ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Develop high culinary standards for retail, board meals, dining and catering operations
• Train, develop and provide inspirational leadership to local culinary team
• Lead corporate social responsibility, food seasonality, health/wellness and high‑quality culinary arts on campus
• Analyze ongoing performance and trends in the local operation and devise and lead improvements
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and be able to explain them to customers accurately
