Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. is seeking a part-time Resident Ambassador in Charleston, SC to greet guests, answer questions, provide tours of Del Webb communities, and take registrations for events and sales functions.

You will participate in traffic-building activities, grand openings, national sales events, seminars, and testimonials to support community relations. A high school diploma or equivalent and residency in the Del Webb community are preferred, with basic computer skills and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• A resident of Del Webb community

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Answer questions.
• Provide community tours.
• Take registrations.
• Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.
• Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to: Traffic-building events, New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events, National sales events, Informational seminars, Resident relations events, Community relations events, Realtor events, Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings.
