Clemson University—College of Architecture, Art and Construction—School of Architecture seeks a tenured Associate or Full Professor, or Professor of Practice, to serve as the Program Director of the Charleston-based Graduate Program in Historic Preservation. The Director will be jointly appointed between the School of Architecture and the Nieri Department in Clemson Design Center, Charleston, SC.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree (Ph.D.

Competenze

• Master's degree in historic preservation, architecture, architectural engineering or closely related discipline; Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven record of national or international leadership and expertise in historic preservation.
• Ability to recruit top students and collaborate across disciplines.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Program Director of the Charleston-based Graduate Program in Historic Preservation.
• Joint appointment between the Richard A. McMahan School of Architecture and the Nieri Department of Construction and Real Estate Development.
• Lead program leadership, mentorship, and external funding initiatives to support research and academic initiatives.
