Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, energetic, and upbeat, self‑motivated and disciplined. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. via both machine‑assisted and manual washing methods. You will also ensure that all relevant machines are in proper working order and that the operation is stocked with necessary chemicals. He/she will ensure that glassware, tableware, plates, etc. are stocked appropriately for colleagues’ use. He/she will assist in cleaning kitchen areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be timely and dependable.
• Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met for glassware, tableware, smallwares, utensils, etc.
• Maintain a scrupulously clean, appropriately‑stocked, mechanically well‑maintained workspace.
• Support BOH staff in their duties.
• Assist in preserving a safe and secure work environment.
• Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine.
• Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training.
