Bike to the Beach for Autism in New York is looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help execute charity cycling events in July, September, and October. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating various aspects of these events to ensure a smooth experience for all participants and volunteers.

Ideal candidates should have prior event experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include a consulting contract of $1,250 per event plus travel reimbursement and gear.

Qualifications

• Availability to work four days (Wednesday – Saturday) for each event.
• Prior event experience; endurance event experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving a van or truck.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute cycling events.
• Assist with transportation to the host city.
• Coordinate logistics and support riders on ride day.
