Harvest Events is seeking an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to support nonprofit and charitable campaigns throughout the Charlotte area. You will represent nonprofit partners inside retail locations and engage with the public to educate on programs and donor opportunities.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, personal development, and opportunities for leadership growth as you collaborate with a team to achieve client goals and track campaign results.

Responsabilidades

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside retail partner locations.
• Engage directly with customers and community members through face-to-face conversations.
• Educate individuals about current charitable programs, initiatives, and causes.
• Help generate awareness and donor support for the organizations we represent.
• Build positive relationships with potential donors, retail partners, and community members.
• Participate in ongoing campaign and fundraising training.
• Work alongside team members to execute daily outreach initiatives.
• Track campaign activity and communicate results with management.
• Assist with the day-to-day execution of charity marketing and fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain a professional representation of our nonprofit partners.
