Job summary

Harvest Events is seeking an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to support nonprofit and charitable campaigns throughout the Charlotte area. You will represent nonprofit partners inside retail locations and engage with the public to educate on programs and donor opportunities.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, personal development, and opportunities for leadership growth as you collaborate with a team to achieve client goals and track campaign results.

Harvest Events is currently hiring an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to support our nonprofit and charitable campaigns throughout the Charlotte area.

Our team partners with charitable organizations to increase awareness, engage local communities, and generate donor support through face-to-face outreach inside established retail locations.

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll work directly with the public while learning the day-to-day operations behind successful charity campaigns. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and opportunities for professional and leadership development.

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. Previous experience in customer service, retail, fundraising, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
