Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state government, legislative process, and budgetary/personnel procedures.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills with ability to develop teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and public relations abilities.
• Experience managing a licensing, registration, or compliance program in a regulatory or government environment.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects under stressful conditions with strong analytical skills.
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree or combination of related education and experience preferred.
