Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Program Manager, Charging Infrastructure in Foster City, CA for a full-time, hybrid, contract role. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy, operate, and maintain charging infrastructure while tracking milestones, risks, and assets.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, detailed reporting, and multi-workstream management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM/Operations, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of PM/Operations experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support charging infrastructure deployments, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delays, driving follow-up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, communicate program updates, and track decisions and action items.
• Maintain accurate asset records, including infrastructure location, status, and utilization.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into infrastructure program status, asset activity, and key metrics.
