Job summary

PAYONE in Deutschland sucht eine/n Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für Chargeback Processing & Retrieval. Du sammelst praktische Erfahrungen im Zahlungsverkehr, prüfst Belege und unterstützt bei der Fallklärung.

Du arbeitest eng mit Merchant- und Zahlungsdienstleister-Teams zusammen, unterstützt beim Retrieval-Prozess und Reporting und wirkst an Prozessverbesserungen mit. Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist sind gefragt.

Qualifications

• Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Jura, Finance oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse im Zahlungsverkehr, Chargebacks oder Fraud-Umfeld.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Chargebacks inkl. Beleg- und Dokumentationsprüfung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Merchant- und Zahlungsdienstleister-Teams zur Klärung von Fällen.
• Unterstützung beim Retrieval-Prozess (Beweismaterial, Transaktionsdaten) und Reporting.
• Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen, SLA-Beobachtung und Datenpflege.
