Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a Charge Nurse WOW for Women’s Health Services. This part-time night position (7pm–7am) is weekend-only with premium pay for weekend hours and a sign-on bonus eligibility for experienced external candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program (ASN or higher).
• Current Indiana RN license or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required; NRP, STABLE, and low-risk neonatal RN-LRN certifications due within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as resource nurse for the department and coordinate care on designated shifts.
• Provide leadership to unit staff and oversee staffing fluctuations during shifts.
• Direct patient care alongside the team and coordinate patient flow while addressing staff concerns.
• Oversee employees and align tasks with unit standards during assigned shift.
