Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Charge RN for NICU Pediatrics Transport at Swedish First Hill on the night shift. The role is 0.9 FTE and involves ground transport of neonatal to pediatric patients, working within a fast-paced team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to deliver high-level care.

The successful candidate will provide critical care during transport, collaborate across disciplines, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
