Job summary

Providence's Swedish First Hill unit is seeking a Charge RN for NICU/Pediatrics Transport on a full-time 0.9 FTE night shift. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to high-quality neonatal and pediatric transport.

As a nurse in ground transport, you’ll work closely with MDs, ARNPs and RTs, applying advanced critical care skills and clinical judgment to ensure safe, compassionate care for the smallest patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.

As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.
