Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers care to a unit specific patient population using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
• Provides clinical supervision to the clinical, professional, and auxiliary staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Works cooperatively with medical staff to achieve hospital and departmental goals.
• Manages departmental activities in accordance with hospital policy and physician orders.
• Oversees the implementation of a plan of care tailored to each patient’s needs.
