Ardent Health Services in Tyler, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) Charge Registered Nurse (RN). You will coordinate care for a unit-specific patient population and supervise staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, BLS within 14 days, ACLS within 6 months, and 2 years of inpatient/acute care experience; Charge Nurse experience preferred. The hospital partners with UT Health Tyler and offers a strong team environment.

Competenze

• RN degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Texas RN License.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.
