The role requires an RN license with an associate degree, BCLS within 30 days, and a strong focus on staff development, schedule coordination, and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to support teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and rounds.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, selection, and training of staff; support performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Support inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
