Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our hospital team, delivering high‑quality care from birth through the lifecycle as needed. You will coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with physicians and staff, and serve as a trusted resource for the team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and related certifications, plus at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
