Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, applying nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will work within hospital policies, pursue professional growth, maintain standards of practice, and coordinate care with all assigned staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role requires Georgia RN license, BCLS, and ACLS/PALS certifications per unit requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff.
