Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a nursing role in Tecumseh, Nebraska. The position is full-time nights, 7a–7p, with weekend coverage and rotating shifts as needed.

The Charge RN will provide clinical leadership across units, supervise staff, administer medications, and coordinate patient care. Nebraska RN license and ACLS/PALS/TNCC are required within 1 year of hire; 36 hours/week with pay $33.00–$50.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Nebraska RN license or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required within 1 year.
• Shift leadership potential and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinate patient care activities and delegate tasks to team members.
• Monitor and improve unit readiness and patient flow during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital policies.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing on staffing and operational issues.
