Job summary

COA Network Inc in Santa Rosa, California is hiring a Charge Nurse to lead the Main Operating Room operations. You will oversee daily OR functions, supervise perioperative nursing staff, allocate patient care tasks, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires a California RN license, BLS, NIH stroke scale cert within 90 days, and leadership experience with at least 2 years in perioperative nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active California RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Perianesthesia RN experience.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience demonstrating leadership abilities.
• Previous Charge Nurse or RN leadership experience required.
